What a Year 2024 Has Been for Hotel Video and Content Production!
As we approach the end of 2024, we look back on an extraordinary year that has taken us to over 30 stunning locations around the globe. This year has been filled with exciting projects, creative challenges, and innovative solutions for the hospitality industry. From Yorkshire to California, and Scotland to Portugal, we’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most iconic properties in the world.
Kicking Off in Style: The Queens Hotel, Yorkshire
Our year began in January with a comprehensive project for The Queens Hotel in Yorkshire, UK. We delivered a new brand film, website landing pages, and a series of video-rich social content that captured the elegance and heritage of this historic property. It set the tone for a year packed with creativity and innovation.
California Dreaming: San Ysidro Ranch
February saw us jetting off to sunny California for a month-long shoot. Among the highlights was creating a new brand film for the world’s Number 1 boutique hotel, San Ysidro Ranch. This project also included high-end social media videos featuring six models from LA’s Generic Models and immersive 360-degree videos showcasing their luxurious accommodations. These pieces highlighted the Old Hollywood glamour and charm that make this property so unique.
Scotland’s Finest: Edinburgh and Glasgow
Returning to the UK, we had the pleasure of producing a series of hotel videos for signature properties in Edinburgh and Glasgow. These projects celebrated the rich history, modern luxury, and local culture that define these Scottish destinations.
Ocean Palm Beach: A Hawaiian Escape in California
In the summer, we were back in the United States for a lifestyle shoot at Ocean Palm Beach, a Hawaiian-themed resort in Carlsbad, just north of San Diego. This ambitious project expanded to include local neighbourhood activities, resulting in a collection of 10 social media films that showcased not only the resort but the vibrant local community. These videos resonated strongly with potential guests, offering a true sense of place.
Growing Trends in Hotel Video Production
One of the most significant trends we’ve observed this year is the growing demand for video web headers and landing pages. Nearly every hotel we worked with this year included these in their marketing strategies, recognising the power of video to captivate and engage their audience from the very first click.

Hospitality video production
Another standout trend has been the increased adoption of our interactive video player. This technology allows viewers to interact with videos through clickable hotspots, enabling room bookings, spa and dining reservations, menu viewing, membership program sign-ups, and much more. A prime example is the interactive experience we created for Four Seasons Portugal, which has set a new standard for guest engagement.
Looking Ahead to 2025
We’re gearing up for another incredible year in 2025, starting with projects in San Francisco and the Napa Valley. One of the highlights will be a new brand film and social media series for Immerso, an innovative hotel group dedicated to providing sustainable and immersive guest experiences. We’re excited to hit the ground running and continue pushing the boundaries of hotel video production.
