Elizabeth Harlow, Vice President of Brand Strategy, PARK MGM, LAS VEGAS commented:
“The newly opened Park MGM has some of the most current and unique meeting and event space in Las Vegas, but we needed an accurate and visually engaging way to showcase it to our customers. After some research and conversations with Factor Fifty, we decided that 360 video was the best solution. VIP produced a 360 Overview film of our key property features and also delivered a video library of individual 360 assets that our sales team can use to drill down into detail on any one space. 360 video has been a great tool for us so far and we hope to expand its use as more Park MGM property assets come on line over the next several months including 4 new restaurants, 50,000 sq ft of retail space and our nightlife component.”
“We thrilled to collaborate with Park MGM, Las Vegas, as leaders in the field of hospitality moving 360 VR Video shoots, our post-production and cinematic film techniques sets us aside from our competitors. 90% of shots within our final videos are moving to help create a flow to the VR experience.” commented David Beasley, Chief Executive Officer, Factor Fifty. For 360 Virtual Reality video delivery we use customised camera rigs which are synchronized together to give full 360° spherical video, allowing viewers to look all around and interact through the scenes using various devices. We strive to communicate the best visual stories possible and push the boundaries when it comes to moving the 360 VR camera. We utilise flying drones, operating cable systems and drive remote controlled cars to get the shots we need. We are fully CAA approved to fly 360 drones and have all our own equipment in-house. The opportunities are endless and the content creation is beyond the imagination at times.”
