The Project
An extraordinary new jewel in the crown of the Five-Diamond Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort launches 'The Residences at Las Ventanas al Paraíso'. The resort consists of 30 stunning architectural masterpieces, designed by renowned architect Jorge Torres, visionary of the magnificent Ty Warner Mansion.
We were briefed to produce a video to launch the new residences that were sale. Our video campaign also included state of the art 3D rendering. We captured the splendid comforts of all residence types, such as the Pool Residences with the azure waters of infinity-edged pools vanishing into the horizon.
We showcased the finest Mediterranean-Mexican architecture of the Signature Residences at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, spanning over 5,200 sq. ft. (483sq. m.) of indoor and outdoor living space. Perched above the Sea of Cortez, the Penthouse Residences are distinguished by spectacular panoramic views, rooftop terraces, masterfully appointed interior living spaces, extraordinary amenities and the renowned service of one of the world’s most internationally acclaimed and recognised luxury brands.
The Location
Overlooking the award-winning resort of Las Ventanas al Paraíso and framed by panoramic Sea of Cortez views, the Residences are the most extraordinary properties ever presented in the history of Los Cabos.
Adorned with handcrafted finishes and individually sourced works of art from the Oaxaca, Chiapas and Guanajuato regions, each residence is an architectural masterpiece.
