We are delighted to share the news that Factor Fifty have become corporate members of Hospitality Action in order to support the industry we are very passionate about and work in.
Hospitality Action is a charity that supports and helps people in need that have worked, or currently work within the hospitality industry. They provide support, advice and help to get people back on their feet again, aiming to help anyone within the industry across the UK. They provide grants to people to help make ends meet, helping to provide school uniforms, heating and general living costs. They also have the Golden Friends Scheme that aims to provide a befriending service to those who have retired from the industry to reduce loneliness and help towards winter fuel bills. The charity also offers training and support to those who may need it, building training schemes and on-site trauma support.
Our new corporate membership to this amazing charity will form part of our Corporate Social Responsibility programme and allow us to give back and help those within our industry. By undertaking fundraising events and activities, our team will take part and work together to raise money to benefit those who need help within the hospitality industry.
